Thank you all so much for playing at EMF2024. We've had an overwhelming positive response to GCHQ.NET: Great Camp Hexpansion Quest and are delighted to say that we will be returning with a new exciting game in 2026

Our personal highlight was when a child told us how they had a favourite slot on their badge to put our hexpansions into.

We will publish a blog post with more details about how the game worked in a few days time.

Where were they all?

Many of you have asked us to reveal all of the locations that you were unable to find. We've updated our map to show all locations to everyone, and the names of them should also now show in My Profile.

Several of you asked if you'd be able to help plan our next game. We'd love to have more of you on board, and have setup a Discord server that you can join. Everyone is welcome.

Statistics

It wouldn't be EMF without some statistics!

EMF attendees collectively walked at least 1000 miles playing GCHQ.NET, with one player walking at least 9.9 miles. We think it must be a lot more than that though, unless you all walk in perfectly straight lines between our hexpansions!

We can only measure data that was uploaded from badges using our app. Some of these figures may be higher than measured.
